Armenian Genocide Remembrance Day
Today is April 24.
On this day, we bow in reverence before the memory of the holy martyrs of the Armenian Genocide. We feel the pain, suffering, and loss endured by our people, but also their faith, resilience, and the will to endure.
We are in the season of the Holy Resurrection, and it is in this light that we remember our martyrs. For the Gospel proclaims to us: “He is not here; He is risen” (Luke 24:6). This truth gives us the strength to believe that death and evil never have the final word.

Armenian Genocide Commemoration in Ealing
A solemn commemoration marking the 111th anniversary of the Armenian Genocide took place at the Armenian monument in Ealing Green, at the Eternal Flames Khachkar.
The event, organised by the Armenian National Committee UK (ANC UK) and the Armenian Community Council UK (ACC UK), brought together the Ambassador of Armenia, the Deputy Lord Lieutenant, Members of Parliament, the Deputy Mayor, councillors and representatives of Ealing Council, as well as faith leaders and members of the Armenian community.
