Christian Youth Representatives Attend CTE Meeting Hosted by Archbishop Nikitas

On July 22, 2026, representatives of Christian Youth from various denominations gathered at the Greek Orthodox Christian Archdiocese of Thyateira and Great Britain for a meeting of Churches Together in England. Many of CTE’s national Member Churches were represented, including Orthodox, Catholic, Protestant and non-denominational groups. Acolyte Movses Ward attended as the youth representative for the Diocese of the Armenian Church in the United Kingdom and Ireland.

Held under the Auspices of His Eminence, Archbishop Nikitas, the event was an opportunity for young people to discuss their common faith in Christ and meet others from different Christian traditions. Insightful speeches were given by Archbishop Nikitas, Shermara Hoyte, a young Christian leader and Principal Officer for Pentecostal, Charismatic and Multicultural Relations at CTE, and others. His Eminence also gave the attendees a personal tour of their new chapel in Central London.
