14 June - Special Divine Liturgy at St Sarkis Church

Very Reverend Fr. Movses Sargsyan will deliver the liturgy at St Sarkis on June 14th.

The Diocese of the Armenian Church in the United Kingdom and Ireland warmly invites the faithful to join us for the celebration of the Divine Liturgy at St Sarkis Armenian Church.

With the blessings of His Grace Bishop Hovakim Manukyan, Very Reverend Fr. Movses Sargsyan, a member of the Brotherhood of the Mother See of Holy Etchmiadzin, will celebrate the Divine Liturgy and deliver the sermon.

Fr. Movses is well known for his devoted pastoral and educational ministry within the Armenian Church. A graduate of the Gevorgyan Theological Seminary of the Mother See of Holy Etchmiadzin, he also pursued further studies in the United States and in London.

Over the years, Fr. Movses has served the Armenian faithful in different parts of the world, including the Diocese of the Armenian Church in the United Kingdom and Ireland (St Yeghiche Church), the Armenian community of Kolkata (Calcutta), India, as well as the Armenian communities in Myanmar and Singapore. His ministry has combined pastoral care, theological teaching, youth formation, and spiritual guidance.
